1. Required Qualification and Rank

A PhD holder in engineering areas and three years services in the University.

2. Duties and Responsibilities (see on the Web site of the University)

3. Term of office

He/she shall hold office for a period of 3 years with the possibility to be reappointed.

4. Eligibility

a. full-time employment status ( not be enrolled as a student , not be a part-time employee, not retired ); b. satisfies the required competence and qualification; c. has no serious ethical charges, disciplinary measures, etc; d. all required documentation and technical requirements of the selection and appointment process must be in order’

5. Skill, ability and behavioral competence

The candidate should demonstrate, among others, the following competencies:

    1) Willingness, readiness, and commitment to support the intended technology transfer and change of the AAiT from status quo;
    2) Demonstrated leadership ability;
    3) Self-initiated, team-spirited and high ethical standard;
    4) Good interpersonal communication;
    5) Willingness to present his/her reform and strategic plan to bring the intended technology transfer and change at AAiT
    6) Firm belief in equality of gender, ethnicity, diversity and multiculturalism; and transparent and participatory leadership and management.
